Love Shelby! After years of trying multiple trainers and various "fad" diets, my weight was consistently fluctuating and my self esteem got lower and lower. I finally decided to give personal training sessions one more try and hiring Shelby was the best choice! Not only does she push you physically during training, she teaches you to change the way you think about food and exercise in general. Each session is different from the last so you are never bored. Through her tutelage, I've learned to view the way I eat now not as a "diet" but as a new way of life. After just a few months with her, my weight is lower than it's been in years, I'm eating better than I ever have and my self esteem is at an all time high! 5 stars across the board for ShellShock Fitness!
I can't say enough good things about Shelby! I started training with her in Jan 2017 after finding her on Thumbtack and she has changed my life! No exaggeration, she pushes me every time I go in and is always making sure I get what I need out of the session. I started training 1 day a week and am up to 4 days a week now. I have built up so much strength and stamina. I've lost over 20 lbs and 7% body fat so far and I plan on sticking with her until I meet all of my goals!
Shelby was able to show me how to eat a healthy balanced diet without feeling like I was missing out on anything. It makes eating healthy so much easier to do!
